Cesar holds an extensive and deep 14-year experience in the digital marketing arena of the american hemisphere. In 2000, he co-founded the Studiocom Bogota office and, until 2005, he was part of some of Studiocom's successful creative projects for Coca-Cola, CNN, Cartoon Network, JP Morgan and Cingular just to name a few. After a short 8-months break, in a new career shift he returned to Studiocom to start-up and lead the Offshore Guys division in 2006, where he collaborated with large US agencies (Y&R, Wunderman, JWT, Ogilvy, VML and Grey Interactive) on digital production by managing accounts for Microsoft, Accenture, Ford, Land Rover, Hilton and LG, among others. In 2008, he was promoted as Managing Director for the Studiocom Latin America business unit.
During 2009, he was appointed as Jury for the FIAP prizes in the Interactive category.
Prior to enter Studiocom, he run '[rgb] studio', his own digital design studio in his native Bogota, Colombia (1998 - 2000). He also worked at Wunderman (1997), Imagen Virtual (1996) and Imagen Digital (1995). His creative work earned several distinctions such as a Mention in "Vida en Linea" (Discovery Channel Latinamerica, September 2000) and a Special Mention in 'DV Magazine' Motion Graphics Contest in 1998, to name a few.
Cesar holds a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts and a Master degree in Design Management. He also accounts for a wide experience in teaching the creative aspects of interactive at major universities in Bogota from 1998, both in undergraduate and graduate courses. Finally, he has played digital creative consulting roles with Y&R New York, and he's been a speaker at the WPP Digital Day in San Francisco (2007), Diageo Digital day organized by Wunderman Venezuela (2007), and WPP Retail Conference Latin America (2008).
He shares his spare time between his passions: contemporary fine art, immersive digital technologies research, and Analú, his beloved wife.

Having planted the seeds, work and ideas that gave to birth the Offshore Guys division during a couple years was a great experience. Afterwards, I've been invited by the generous offer of Juan Pablo Gnecco to start a new entrepreneurial venture: Studiocom Latin America.

eTask.it enables sustainable bussiness collaboration through Expanded Service Operations Management (eSOM) Solutions. eTask.it is the trusted foundation for operational excellence, inter-company collaboration and global expansion for IT Services companies.

After a 8-month break, returned to Studiocom to start a new division: the Offshore Guys. He started this along 2 more designers and played several roles: Designer, Project Manager, Managing Director and Client Partner. When leaving the division, OSG was over 20 people and pretty much consolidated.
